How do I sign up for online banking?

If you are an existing online banking customer simply visit

https://www.newfoundationsavingsbank.com/.

Click on Login > Online Banking Login and enter your existing Login Name and temporary password you were provided.

 

If you did not use online banking prior to our conversion, you can enroll as a new online customer by clicking here:

https://www.telepc.net/newfoundationsavingsbank/Enrollment.aspx

1. Select if online banking will be for a Personal or Business account
2. Select if the account type is Checking or Savings
3. Enter your account number
4. Enter the amount of a recent transaction
5. Enter your Social Security Number/Tax ID
6. Enter your Login Name
7. Enter your Email Address
8. Select “yes” when asked “Use email as registered email address?”

  

 

 

My debit card is missing. What should I do?

  1. We offer 27/7 service for these emergency situations. You can reach our secure third-party card provider, DCI, by calling 877-226-2351 (877-CANCEL1).

  2. New Foundation associates can also assist during business hours if needed, by calling 513-729-0100.

 

 

Do you have a mobile banking app?

We are proud to offer the New Foundation Mobile app, which can be downloaded via Google Play, or the App Store. Please visit our Mobile Banking page to easily download the app.

 

 

How do I reset my debit card PIN?

You can change your PIN 24/7 using our Voice Responsive Unit (VRU) system by calling 888-227-3096. You must have your current card number and 4-digit PIN to use the VRU.

 

 

How can I check my balance after hours?

We offer two easy ways to check account balances.

  1. New Foundation Mobile is our new, easy to use banking app. Check account balances, transaction history, transfer money, and more.

  2. Online Banking allows you to review your account balances, transactions, pay bills, and even set text notifications.

 

 

How can I find a surcharge free ATM?

Our customers enjoy the use of MoneyPass ATMs. You can find a MoneyPass ATM using the link on our Location and ATMs webpage or by using the ATM Locator in the New Foundation Mobile app.

 

 

Do you offer Notary Services?

Yes, Notary services are available for our customers. We have a Notary on site most days, but it’s a good idea to contact our office to be sure one is available.

 

 

How can I reorder checks?

Customers can request an order of new checks in a few ways:

  1. Customers can order new checks directly from our vendor, Main Street Inc. This option allows you to choose from any of the available check designs. Once on the site click “Reorder Checks” from the top of the page. When placing your order please be sure to enter the full account number as listed on your check or deposit ticket.

  2. Bring the check reorder ticket included with your check book at delivery to the bank. The new checks will automatically have the same design as your current checks.

  3. Call the bank directly at 513-729-0100 and request new checks be ordered for you. The new checks will automatically have the same design as your current checks.
